Resell Services by Crissie's Cleaning Service

At Crissie's Cleaning Service, we not only clean and organize your spaces, but we also help you resell items you no longer need. Our goal is to make the reselling process as smooth and profitable as possible for you.

Commission and Fees:

  • We take a commission of 25-40% on the sale price of items sold. This rate depends on the type and value of the items. Please note that this excludes the sale of real estate.

Resell Process:

  • Items listed for resell are carefully evaluated and priced in consultation with you.

  • Once an item is sold, the transaction, including payment and delivery, is conducted directly between the seller (you) and the buyer. Items are sold as-is.

  • Crissie's Cleaning Service (CCS) is not responsible for handling payments or delivering sold items.

Contingencies and Stipulations:

  • All items must be approved by CCS before being listed for resell.

  • Items must be in good, clean, and functional condition to be eligible for resell.

  • Any item listed must comply with local laws and regulations regarding the resale of goods.

  • The seller is responsible for providing accurate descriptions and disclosing any defects or issues with the items.

Rules and Guidelines:

  • Items sold on behalf of our clients are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by CCS.

  • All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be processed through CCS.

  • CCS reserves the right to remove any item from the resale list at its discretion.

Your Role:

  • Provide clear and accurate information about the items you wish to sell.

  • Ensure that items are ready for sale, including cleaning and minor repairs if necessary.

  • Communicate promptly with potential buyers to facilitate a smooth transaction.
